Our Story

For over 30 years, Tasty Twisters has been a family-owned and operated soft pretzel bakery, proudly serving Philadelphia and beyond. Our founder, Loucas Louca, was born on the small island of Cyprus and came to America on his own at just 20 years old, with the hope of building a better life for himself and the family he would one day have. With no knowledge of English and no experience making pretzels, he took a chance on himself and set out to build something of his own. Through hard work, determination, and a belief in his vision, Loucas built his business from the ground up. Today, that vision lives on in the Tasty Twisters we know and love, which has grown into and become a Philadelphia staple.
